“Cannot find the oil tray to save my life. It is not where it is supposed to be according to pictures on the website and instructions manual. Are there different models of this humidifier???”

Mine is a model H4810AR and the Oil tray is on the side opposite the controls. It's a small gray slide in tray (1-1.2" wide by 1/4" high) with a fabric disc inside of it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nadja, It's in the back, down low, and off center. It looks like a tiny CD slot with a cover, only about 2" long, and maybe 1/4" tall. Push it in, and it pops out. The oil pad is sort of triangular, and about the size of a fifty cent piece.

If the tray is not there, you will see a rectangular hole where it should be. If there is just a hole and no tray please contact Guardian Technologies customer support at 866-603-5900 X213 M-F 8:30-4:30 EST.
