A:AnswerIt's a camera with a small monitor on the rear view mirror. May be if your radio has video features, it could be hooked up to that as well. Take it to best buy installation team and they will tell you what they can do with the camera. Mine is hooked up with my navigation and rear view mirror.

I have Mazda cx 9 and the tech had to install a longer cable because of the length of my suv.
