A:Answer There are two types of Electrodes - Standard which have blue colored gel and Sport which have clear gel.
The Standard Electrodes (blue) tend to be more comfortable for most users. These electrodes have soft gel that adheres to the skin and is optimized to provide consistent, comfortable nerve stimulation in most conditions.
The Sport Electrodes(clear) have a unique sports gel designed to better hold up in situations with high levels of humidity and perspiration. The Sport Electrodes absorb less moisture, but are otherwise comparable to the Standard Electrodes. Sport Electrodes are also appropriate for seasonal or occasional use, as needed.
