The Quell Relief app will work on Android phones and tablets, but will not currently work on Kindle devices. For a list of compatible devices, please visit the Android app store. Your smartphone or tablet must be running Android 6 or later to operate the Quell Relief app. Quell will function without the app (only Quell 2.0 requires a smartphone). However, the app allows you to access additional features and tracking that enhance your experience. The Quell app will allow you to calibrate your device, start and stop, control and customize therapy from your smartphone. . It is best to stick to one or the other, though, as synchronizing the data on both devices that keeps you up to date with your therapy can sometimes be a pain to do. It is quite possible though. Just as a second note...it DOES REQUIRE an Android device for the newest Quell 2.0 Unit, but NOT for the original Quell 1.0 unit like I have as it has a button to help you adjust s FEW of its settings. It is best to be able to use its Android application on a phone/tablet device for the best benefits. Be well!

One tap of the device is on and four taps is off. The app is useful to let you know if the electrode is still on and how much time is left until your next therapy session starts.
