- Answer 1 year prepaid subscription. Intuit offers a monthly payment plan if bought through them.

QuestionIf I purchased this last year, can I still use the Quickbooks program from last year without renewing it this year? I don't really need any of the online stuff. I'm curious if I have to pay the full $549.00 again? Thanks!

- Answer Intuit controls your Online Essentials on their servers, so they can lock you out of your file. In their desktop version, your company files remain on your hard drive.
