“Currently Im using Quicken 2015 on a windows PC. Is it possible to moves this file to MAC laptop that has Quicken 2018? I have 7 years of data that I don't want to lose in case I get audited. I will no longer have access to the old laptop past June 2018”

Yes. You will need to convert the file from Quicken 2015 to the Mac 2018 version; just move your file to the Mac computer, and open Quicken, then you should be prompted to begin conversion from your Windows file.
