I have had to buy new quicken products every two years because of this and other tech problems that happen as my program gets older. After installing new program everything starts working again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think there is a time limit for how long the online updates work. So when 2018 came out, I think 2016 stops at some point. So from what I guess it should fix it. I would double check that you can return it though, just to be sure in case there are problems. Personally I just got the upgrade, and am going to try and return it as its exactly the same as 2017 version.
