Questionis there an advantage to purchasing the actual disk for Quicken verses downloading the program? And will I have to buy the subscription every year either way?

- Answer No real advantage that I am aware of for actual disk. You will need to buy subscription every year if you want the online sync, etc...

QuestionI’ve been using quicken CDs for years home and business. With the download can I download the program on my desktop and my laptop both?

QuestionUseless problem resolution. If you are going to offer a product for sale for online download, make sure download works. To save $10.00 versus vendor price, and over 40 mins into a chat with an agent who's still asking very basic questions. Poor service.

- Answer Sorry your experience was this. Mine took a bit to display so I waited the next day and everything was in place and worked. The process did seem a bit overly complicated finding the download.

- Answer I do t work for them but everything I’ve read says they only have the subscription model after the product changed to a different developer.
