QuestionWhat does a 2 year subscription mean? Is the application I downloaded and all of my data still accessible and useable after Year 2? Continued use in Year 3?

- Answer Yes. The subscription is for getting new releases and product support. If your subscription runs out, you do not get the updates or support. Your software is installed on your workstation, so you will always have access to your data. Uploading data to cloud is optional, and it also makes your data available to multiple devices.

QuestionDoes this version include home inventory? I have on disc home inventory data from an old quicken program (2002), will this new program read and transfer the data?

- Answer Yes you can if you enter an item in correctly for each item. When I had a fire I printed out my list for the insurance company and they accepted all my claims. here is how to do it. Create Asset Account called Blu-rays. you can even define it more by using Tags. after you buy it with a credit card you transfer the item to your asset account. Do this for every Blu-ray (or what ever you want to track) and you have an inventory list. You can even add serial numbers by adding a category of serial number after the item you bought and put in cost of $0.00 You c an add any item you want to track....say model number.

- Answer You can export Quicken information to TurboTax to help complete your taxes; you can also run reports in Quicken to assist you with filing your taxes.

- Answer I always purchase the disc version and just call/chat with TurboTax to have them send me the download version.All you need is the number off of the product and they walk you through everything.

- Answer Yes you can install it on multiple computers; however, you can only access the file one at a time so you can't have the same file open on multiple computers at the same time.

- Answer Each membership purchase is associated with one user. If you have several Quicken files on one computer, then each Quicken file would be associated with the member that purchased the subscription.
