Yes. The subscription is for getting new releases and product support. If your subscription runs out, you do not get the updates or support. Your software is installed on your workstation, so you will always have access to your data. Uploading data to cloud is optional, and it also makes your data available to multiple devices.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just got the Quicken program myself , my understanding is that I will have updates automatically downloaded for 2 years. After that, we do retain and have access to all our information; however we no longer have access to updates.
