“Can this premier activation code be used to upgrade a deluxe version?”

• Yes. I did the same thing a couple of years ago. The activation code will change to premiere as soon as it’s activated.

• If you are upgrading at the end of your Quicken Deluxe's subscription time, it should work. You should probably check with Quicken Support though, so you don't lose any time left over from the Quicken Deluxe subscription time.
