Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Absolutely. I use a Windows Phone, so when I installed it I had to wait on my wife to come home (she has the iPhone) in order to download the app, but in the meantime I tested all of the stations manually from the unit.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No you can manually operate by the controller or your phone. See attached picture - the manual controls are hidden under the outside cover which easily snaps on/off without tools or screws.
