- Answer Yes it will. Take a picture first of the current wiring you have on your old control box. Note of the wires that connect to each zone. Connect the wires to the ports on your Rachio based on the zones you have noted.

QuestionCan the sprinkler controller detect that a valve failed to open properly? I have a pump that pulls water from the lake and it will burn out if it runs with the outlet blocked for more than 5 minutes. Rain Bird 0.75-in Electric Inline Irrigation valves

QuestionHow many start-stop time per day, per station? Can each station have its own start-stops time and can each station have a different run time?

- Answer You can setup up multiple schedules. Each schedule can contain different zone and different times. And more than one can be active. I don't know if there are any limitations - but It seems it would accommodate most reasonable setups How many per station? I haven't found a limit. Each station can have its own start time, end time, day schedule (odd, even, every day every 2 days 3days They can also be set up for specific days of the week and flexible adjustable setups

QuestionCan it be controlled from a desktop computer and your smart phone, so if you were to loose your phone or change carriers or what ever, will you still be able to control it.

- Answer It is controlled via an app through your smart phone. Changing carriers or changing phones should not matter. If you lost your phone, you would download the app to your new phone and sign in with a password to take control of your rachio. I don't think the app is available on a desktop computer but you can look by going to the App Store and looking for the Rachio app. It is a great product!
