I installed it myself after watching a couple YouTube videos. I wanted to be comfortable that I could do it, being a techy grammy. The important thing was to tag the wires from my old controller so I would put them in the correct zones. I love it, especially living in a climate that can be unpredictable at times. I didn't love those mornings with my old controller when I would wake up with it raining and the sprinklers going at the same time. The rebate from my county water provider is another bonus!!
