• Maybe but probably not easily! Most of the Rand McNally GRS devices run on a Android pad based system, but the Backup camera uses its own application that is integrated with the GPS software. You would need to get this specialized app, and hope you could configure the WiFi correctly. I tired to use another camera but the GPS would not recognize it.
