• Absolutely not…your site survey team did not mention that the old duck work from my old JennAir oven would not work…seems this happens a lot from other customers who use Best Buy site team…they a joke!!!

• Yes -- thhe product is so complicated to install that the contractor couldn't do it. There were no taxes associated with the $349.
