- Answer The charger should work with any Qi-compatible phone, so should work fine with your iPhone 12 Pro. My wife has the 11 and it will charge her phone, as well as my Fire Tablet. I think the full charging speed is only reserved for Google Pixel devices, so may only charge at 5w instead of the 10w reserved for Google phones.

- Answer It is not as they are only work with iPhone 12 and newer to hold the phone up while it charges, and it is currently only an Apple Feature
