• No, it does not come with a power supply. It will work with a 5V 2.0+ amp wall wort and USB cable. Of course, the more of the i/o you use the more likely you will need a beefier power supply.

• Mine came only with the Pi. I purchased a power supply separately.

• Usually, the power supply is sold separately, but you will have to check on the package contents to be sure. The power supply output should be 5 Volt, 2.5 Amp.

• It depends you can buy a kit that includes the power supply and case. Or just the pi itself. I prefer the pi itself there are so many cases and cooling solutions out there one place cant keep them all lol.
