• A:Answer Hey there, While the Ray-Ban Meta Headliner (Gen 2) are not able to translate text from a screen or paper to speech, but would be able translate conversations in different languages and the text to speech features do allow them to read notifications, messages from WhatsApp/Messenger, and, via "Look and tell" (using Meta AI), describe the text on objects or documents. Q: QuestionReturn policy is super confusing. What is the return policy for these Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 glasses? (to be purchased in November/December)

• A:Answer Normal return policy 15 days but best buy policy anything purchased after November 1st can be kept for longer than 15 days and returned beginning of January i believe the 3rd due to holidays. (Buying presents for children and what not)
