A:AnswerHi there,
We noticed you have a question regarding whether the Ray-Ban Meta Glasses will affect the Bluetooth connection of your hearing aids, and we'll be happy to answer this!
So because of the Bluetooth and electronic features of the Ray-Ban Meta Glasses, they can impact personal medical devices such as pacemakers and hearing aids.
We'd advise that you consult your doctor or the medical device manufacturer before using the glasses to confirm what impact it could have on you. You can also check out our "Ray-Ban Meta glasses and Ray Ban Stories Warranty & Safety information" page that will give you access to the full PDF of our health and safety information.
Hopefully this answers your question and we hope you have a fantastic day ahead!
A:AnswerHi violaytorLARS!
Currently, Ray-Ban Stories do not support video streaming services. They are primarily designed for capturing photos and videos, listening to music, making calls, and integrating with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
A:AnswerThey do not work on all Samsung phones. There is a very limited set of Samsung phones that are compatible. They say that the glasses are compatible with android 10 and above, but that is not always true. My A16 is not compatible and I cannot make phone calls or create messages. I think the S22's work, but if there are problems you are not likely to get any fixes.
A:AnswerHey there! Indeed an iPhone 8 is not supported, but you can check here all the supported devices - https://www.meta.com/smart-glasses/compatible-devices/!
