Hi there Dre, Thank you so much for showing interes in the Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer (Gen 1). We want you to have the best possible experience, so we'd love to lend a hand with the issue you are facing of the glasses not connecting to the Meta AI app. Please follow these steps: - Make sure the glasses are charged, turned on, and placed in case. Charge glasses for at least one hour until the LED is green. - Make sure the Meta AI app is up to date. - If connecting to other apps, such as Meta FoA, music providers, or fitness apps, make sure those apps are up to date. - Make sure device firmware is up to date. - Slide power switch to the on position and check for flashing white indicator LED. - If the LED is continuously blinking white, force restart the glasses. - Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for five seconds until the case LED pulses blue. - Check whether the glasses appear in the phone's Bluetooth settings. If they do, forget the device in Bluetooth settings and pair again. - Delete and reinstall the Meta AI App. Should the issue persist after having followed all of the suggested steps, then please don't hesitate to contact our wonderful Support Team via our official website, as they'd be more than happy to assist!
