• A:Answer I'm not 100% on this, so I'd do a consult with your lens designer before proceeding. However, the camera sits in the front frame of the glasses (not on the actual lens). I would imagine changing the actual lens to fit the frame shouldn't be an issue.

Otherwise, you can have prescription lenses added by visiting one of our officially licensed retail partners, such as Lenscrafters.
