- Answer As I previously stated. If your device has a usb c then it will work wirelessly with the adaptor. Our iPad for instance worked. However If you use a iOS device without the usb c then you will need to plug it in via a 3.5mm jack. My iPhone uses apples lightning cord so and no 3.5mm jack so I have to use the adaptor that allows a 3.5mm jack. Then use the headset with the 3.5mm headphone jack.

Questioncan i use this headset using only 3.5mm without it being turned on to save battery when needed? like a regular wired headset that you just plug and that's it. no need to turn on anything.

QuestionMy son can't seem to get the mic to work while playing fortnite on his Nintendo Switch. He has it docked and is playing through the TV and is using the dongle with adapter. I read somewhere today that the mic doesn't work with Switch. Any help please?

QuestionI have kinda dumb question, but can you use the mic on its own, just pluging it in the 3,5mm jack to the pc? I dont have a microphone and I want to buy the baracuda or a microphone, but if this is possible, I would not have to buy the microphone.

- Answer You can't plug another kind of headset mic. It wont be compatible so it wont work. You would have to get a new mic or headet

- Answer I think someone online found that this is a switch issue and they found a round about way to access using the mic while playing online with others on the switch. Happy hunting, I hope you find the link or video that shows the work around.
