A:AnswerAs I previously stated. If your device has a usb c then it will work wirelessly with the adaptor. Our iPad for instance worked. However If you use a iOS device without the usb c then you will need to plug it in via a 3.5mm jack. My iPhone uses apples lightning cord so and no 3.5mm jack so I have to use the adaptor that allows a 3.5mm jack. Then use the headset with the 3.5mm headphone jack.
