“When this is connected to the computer can you plug in a keyboard, mouse, and headphones to the stand to work through the computer or all that other stuff still needs be connected directly to the computer too?”

Everything can plug into the stand. It has a 3.5mm jack and 2 USB ports.

Yes you can, it work like a regular USB HUB, actually I have plug my headphones USB dongle there and it work great.

Yes you can plug in your other things through the stand and it will still work

Yes, and no. It only has 2 USB ports on the front. So, 2 of those devices can be plugged in. It is an unpowered USB hub. Mouse and keyboard take minimal power. If you're using gaming headphones with LED, I'd plug into the computer, or buy a powered USB hub.

Yes, they should work. However, it depends on the device itself if it requires direct connection to your PC.
