No. But also yes. No in the fact that the scroll wheel doesn't tilt right and left for scrolling. However, you can map (one of the side buttons for example) as the dedicated Razer Hypershift button. Using Razer Hypershift, you can dedicate a secondary function for each mouse action. For example, you can map a secondary function to your scroll up and scroll down to scroll right and left. The secondary functions will only work while you hold the Hypershift button at the same time. Obviously it's not as good as the normal side scrolling, but technically you can do it.
