Yes. The Razer BlackShark V2's main connection type is the 3.5mm jack while the USB sound card is an inclusion.

The end of the V2 is 3.5mm headphone jack. Then if you want to use the surround card for pc, you connect the headphone jack to the surround card and connect the surround card to your pc via a USB port.

Yes the cord has a 5.5 jack and the usb plug is for ur laptop Because most do not have 5.5 jacks anymore.
