• The headset will work as normal using a standard audio jack; however, you need the Razer Synapse 3 software to use the THX feature, and that software is currently only Windows 10 compatible.

• Yes, the Black Shark V2 is fully compatible with both Windows and Mac. The sound card included is USB and will only work on PC and Macs and will not work on an Android phone. However, you can use the headphones without the sound card on an Android phone or anything with a headphone jack. Hope this helps!
