• Download Razer Synapse. Use the USB sound card that comes with the headset. Follow the instructions on how to use this headset.

• It could depend on how old your computer is and what version of windows. If you plug in and set up the USB sound card, you should be allowed to use the headphones for the speaker and the mic. Most of the time they're in two different areas on your sound settings.
