“I purchased this headset yesterday for the ps5 and while the headset sounds GREAT IMO, when i go to chat, no one can hear me. This happens in game chat and in part chat. I can hear others but they can not hear me. What am i doing wrong?”

• Next to the volume control is a mic mute button. If it's pressed it, you've muted your mic. If you can see a green line around it, you're not muted. Hope that helps.

• Check that you have the mic fully lined up and plugged all way into the groove on side of headset it only goes all way in, in one direction Hope this helps
