Depends on your preference. Go into your local bestbuy and there is a little module featuring each of the 3 keys. Play with them and see what you like best. I prefer the green.

I personally like the green because i like to hear the clicking sound, but is a personal preference.

Green requires the most force to register click,
Yellow requires the least force to register click and is silent,
orange is between Green and Yellow.

That is up to you. I could not decide until I visited a store to test out the keyboards myself but I ultimately picked the green switches because I found myself making more mistakes with the others and I was buying a keyboard for both college and gaming.

Its all depends on preference, green keys are loud and clicky, orange and yellow are quiet and tactical
