“USB ports question I have a mac and my mac it only has 2 usb ports but i need one for my mouse, ¿can i connect the keyboard with just one usb port?”

• There are ports on the keyboard. Plug the keyboard into the computer and plug the mouse into the keyboard. Now you will have the usb port free on your computer.

• The keyboard uses 2usbs and 2cords for mic and sound but it has 1usb and a mic and sound port on the side of the keyboard so you could plug keyboard in with both usb's and plug mouse into keyboard i have not done this but it should work

• You can, but you will be unable to use the USB port in the side of the keyboard.

• The keyboard uses 2 USB ports. One for powering the USB and the other to power the keyboard. If you only need one plug for your mouse, then you will be fine. If you need one for your headphones and mouse, you are screwed and will need to buy a USB extender for extra plugs.

• Since this keyboard requires two ports, I purchased an extender: I plug the cable into the back of my PC, and the extension has four more slots that are easily accessible. That solves my problem, and I hope it solves yours!

• If the mac has a usb 3.0 port, then yes. the second usb with this keyboard is for usb 2.0 ports, which doesnt have enough power to support the keyboard with just 1 usb. just google 'does [insert mac model here] have usb 3.0 ports?" hope i helped

• Yes. Even better if you buy a mouse and keyboard combo they use the same connection only taking up 1 usb.
