Yes the lights change colors. It's the Chroma edition.

The colors change automatically constantly.

By "change color", do you mean the metal part of the keyboard or the LEDs? The keyboard is black, and it stays black unless you decide to paint it. The LEDs, however, have an advertised 16.8 million color options. Check out some videos on YouTube showing the different customization options. I personally like to set my to "Spectrum Cycling": it's very relaxing and doesn't really distract me from what I'm doing.
