The Ornata Chroma is a "mecha-membrane" keyboard, meaning that it tries to combine certain features of the mechanical keyboard with a traditional membrane one. If you try each in the store, you can definitely tell the difference. Now, whichever one you prefer is entirely subjective and can vary from person to person. I liked how the Ornata Chroma had the wrist rest that came with it, as well as the how the lights seem brighter due to the white back drop beneath the keys. However, the Tournament X is truly a mechanical keyboard, and it delivers a nicer typing experience to me. The lights don't look as bright, but this can be easily fixed with strips of paper, or a 3D printed part.
So, in short, it all depends on what you mean by "better".
