• Yes, that is how I have it setup now. Just connect everything to a single USB-C hub.

• Yes it will, I have not tried it yet, but razers specification says it can do display port through USB C, and I'm guessing HDMI as well

• Yes. Just ensure you choose the best input for each monitor’s specifications so you get the maximum resolution and refresh rate out of each.
