Yes. This is a very powerful laptop computer. The Adobe products you mentioned are also designed to take advantage of this computer’s Nvidia graphics card (GPU) to accelerate many of the software’s graphic and video processing features. Though this is usually referred to as a Gaming Laptop, this is a very capable photo and video production laptop. I think you’ll be pleased with the performance.
