This is probably a mistake on Best Buy's part, Razer touchscreens have a glass covered display. Razer has never made a touch screen model for anything but their highest GPU offering, which currently is a 4k oled 2080 model. Also the model number from Razer says no touchscreen

It is labeled as a touch screen but is not it is an IPS MATTE DISPLAY. It is still a great computer for the price and I am sure now that this is the 2nd review saying this they will change the wording. If they don’t right away DONT BE FOOLED. Best Buy you should be better than this.
