Guess i'll answer my own question. I bought this laptop, before knowing if this would work. The laptop has an hdmi port and a usb-c "thunderbolt" port. No DP port. My rift-s has 2 connections one is a DP cable the other is a standard usb cable. I bought an adapter DP to Thunderbolt. It works! The headset display is perfect. The laptop barely heats up, even with graphic settings maxed out. Love this laptop
