• The SSD is upgradeable, the RAM is soldered on however so it is not user upgradeable.

• You can't upgrade the ram but you can upgrade the ssd.

• You *can* upgrade the SSD - but you cannot upgrade the RAM as that is soldered onto the motherboard.

• No it's stuck at 16GB for RAM As for SSD, yes it is upgradeable!
