“Has anyone had any issues with double typing with their Cynosa? I just got one today at bb and after setting it up, I realized that the number pad has issues. When I type 0 I get (30); number 6, I get this instead (.6) Were you able to fix it?”

I have not had any issues with double typing although I have read some threads on reddit about customers having this problem. Apparently it is something to do with the software of they keyboard so try to update it, or if that doesn't work you can always program the keys to do what you wish I believe.

I dont know how to resolve this one. I already sent a request to techsupport razer but none of their solutions worked. sad :(

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn Num Lk on. Top left key on the num pad. Otherwise you're using predefined characters and/or macros defined to those keys. Some people use the num pad as movement in lieu of a mouse, when num lk is turned off. My initial reaction is that num lk is disabled by default in bios.
