Same problem I am having. I just spent over two hours with customer support trying to resolve this same issue. Have an ACTUAL RECEIPT of the order with the ACTUAL ORDER NUMBER. No E-Gift Card after more than 24 hours. Dealing with their customer support is maddening. They all just say there's no record of the E-Gift Card in the system and hang up on you. No accountability.
