• No but the ear plugs isolate sound really well.

• Like most in ear buds, these will block out a lot of sound, but don't expect complete nose cancellation, some sounds do manage to get in, but they do a really good job of isolating you. Tl;dr: yes but not perfectly.

• These earbuds are not noise cancelling, but they are definitely the loudest with 10mm drivers; the largest I have found. I have 2 not BT and USB-C At this rate I will be deaf by 50 :)
