• You can take the keycaps off and replace them with keycaps of your liking.

• Yes, it uses Razer Doubleshot PBT Keycaps but you should be able to use other types as long as it's axis-shaped. However, please do know that any damage caused by disassembling the keyboard will void its warranty.
