One of the differences mainly is their connection type. The Razer Kaira Pro for PS4 has a wireless 2.4 GHz USB-C Dongle and Bluetooth, while the Razer Kaira Pro for Xbox makes use of a direct connection to Xbox or via XBox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10.
