• This will work with cloud gaming on Xbox. As soon as Xbox releases the latest update to support 3rd party controllers.

• Yeah I just tested now. Works as expected and triggers are responsive to depth. Controller build itself feels really good and is comfortable. I played forza horizon 4 and it was ok. There was a bit of delay, around .2 to .3 but it's playable. Halo reach on the other hand played amazingly and I forgot I was playing off of cloud. Overall, it plays as expected. If you think you want it, I would recommend it.
