“Does this console require u to have a game system in order to play the PC Xbox and or Playstation games? Or can u still access your games as long as you have an account with said gaming systems.”

No it doesn't require you to have an Xbox console or an Xbox account to use it. If you do have a membership though, you can play some amazing games like starfield on your phone which is just crazy
