• Yes, the camera swivels left and right round 90 degrees each way. The main impediment is the cable, which is thick and if it gets caught will pull the camera back. It will swivel up and down some, not a lot. The vertical adjustments are tied to the bracket it sits on. The field of view is large and once set up, I've had no need to adjust it.

• Yes. You can freely tilt it up and down and rotate it left and right once it’s stable over your screen using its thumb-screw under the hinge which can be tightened to lock the camera’s horizontal angle.

• It does swivel, you can turn it almost any direction, you could put it on a tripod and it would go any direction.

• Yes you can swivel this left and right. I don’t believe it moves up and down.
