Does it plug into USB or headphone jack? null

Both, it came in two parts, a cord attached to the headset, which has a Headphone Jack, and another cord with the USB and the control remote. But the headset cord also has it's own control remote, which is smaller and has less features, but still useful.

A control box plugs into a USB port and then the headset plugs into the control box. You could probably plug straight into the headphone jack but you would not get the benefits of the EQ, 7.1 or THX.

It plugs into the usb slot. Easy setup
