“I am looking at the Lancehead as a replacement for my Deathadder Chroma. I like the Chroma but it's a little too small for my hand. Is the Lancehead any bigger than the Chroma? thanks”

Unfortunately not, the Lancehead is even smaller than the Death Adder if that's what you're looking for. :(
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Lance head isn’t bigger it’s smaller. Also note it’s ambidextrous so the feel will be different. That being said the razer lance head is the only ambidextrous mouse I’ve ever truly liked so I would recommend.
