It has 3 different sets for the fan, once the laptop is on the stand it gets a bit quiet if youre using it on the high setting

Loud but not so loud that it disturbs you, if you have headphones on you cant hear it. It also doesn't have a high pitched fan noise. More a soft hum

On the lowest setting, it is quieter than my laptop when playing games. Not loud at all to be honest. Medium and high setting can be louder, but the lowest setting keeps it very cool so no need to use medium or high in my opinion.
