- Answer Not 100% sure about a mac but with my PC it comes on as soon as my PC boots up. I would imagine as long as it's the default sound device it would for you as well.

QuestionI have the razer v2 nommo speakers. Maybe this is a stuoud question, but would this sound bar play sound with the speakers, or can you on play the volume through one or the other?

- Answer It doesn't connect to a monitor, it connects via USB-C to PC or MAC. It also has Bluetooth 5.0 for a secondary connection to a mobile phone, tablet etc. If the monitor in question has a built-in USB hub, if that is the case you're still better off connecting directly to the PC than having a USB (for the hub) from the PC to monitor and an additional cable from from monitor to speaker/sound bar
